Custom alloys from Deringer-Ney

Deringer-Ney produces custom alloys at its facilities, as well as offers multiple other services to produce ultrasmall micromanufacturing components to tight tolerances using many alloys and manufacturing processes.


Using its material production capabilities, Deringer-Ney can produce materials for sliding electrical contacts and slip ring brushes, materials for interventional and implantable medical devices and material for dental implant restoration.

Deringer-Ney provides a variety of processes and technologies to make micromanufacturing parts for a wide variety of markets and applications. The technologies include:

  • cold forming,
  • microstampings, and
  • micro-insert molding technology.
